Terms of service

These terms govern use of OnAir AI DM Setters by business clients. A signed order form or master services agreement takes precedence where it differs.
The service
We configure and operate an AI assistant that replies to your Instagram, Facebook Messenger and/or WhatsApp messages using the information you approve, plus a dashboard to review conversations and leads.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, pricing and policies, and keep them up to date in your dashboard.
- Grant the Meta access needed and comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Commerce and WhatsApp Business policies.
- Not use the service for prohibited content, unsolicited bulk messaging, or to collect sensitive data (payment cards, health records) in DMs.
- Review conversations and respond to hand-offs promptly. You remain responsible for your offers, bookings and customer relationships.
Fees & term
Plans are billed monthly in advance in USD. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding starts. After the minimum term on your order, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Conversation limits are per calendar month; overages are billed per your plan's add-on rate.
AI limitations
AI replies can be imperfect. We design the setter to answer only from approved information and to hand off when unsure, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, bookings or revenue unless agreed in writing.
Data & ownership
You own your accounts, customer conversations and lead data. We process them on your behalf under our Privacy policy. You can export your data at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
