Onair Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("OnAir", "we") provides AI-assisted messaging ("AI DM Setters") to businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, when a Client uses our service, and when you message a Client through Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.
Information we process
- Messages you send to a Client on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, plus the platform-scoped ID, name and username Meta provides, so the Client's AI setter can reply.
- Details you choose to share in a conversation, such as your name, email, phone number and what you're interested in.
- Website enquiries you submit on this site (name, email, business details).
- Client account data: login email and settings.
How we use it
- To generate and send replies on the Client's behalf, qualify enquiries and help you book appointments.
- To show the conversation and lead details to the Client in their dashboard and alert their team.
- To operate, secure and improve the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
AI processing
Replies are generated with large language models provided by Anthropic (Claude) under API terms that do not permit training on this data. A Client's team can read and take over any conversation.
Who we share it with
The Client you messaged; Meta Platforms (to deliver messages); our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Neon/PostgreSQL hosting, email delivery); and Anthropic (AI processing). We share data with authorities only when legally required.
Retention
Conversation data is kept while the Client uses the service, then deleted within 90 days of the Client leaving, unless the Client exports it or the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, see Data deletion, or email privacy@onairdigital.in. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA) or Australia, you have the rights given by those laws; Clients are the controller of their customers' data and we process it on their instructions.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; messaging-platform access tokens are encrypted at rest; access to dashboards is limited to authorised users.
