Data deletion instructions

If you messaged a business that uses OnAir AI DM Setters on Instagram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp and want your conversation data deleted:

  • Email privacy@onairdigital.in with the subject "Data deletion request".
  • Include the business you messaged, the platform (Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp) and your username or phone number.

We will verify the request, delete your messages and contact details from our systems within 30 days, and confirm by email. Messages also remain in the platform you used (Meta) and with the business; contact them to delete those copies.

Business clients can delete individual conversations from their dashboard or request deletion of all their data when they leave.
